Anti-Inflammatory Breakfast

Anti-Inflammatory organic breakfast for my husband. Collard greens, kale, celery, onions, 2 tbs. fresh grated ginger, 2 cloves of raw garlic grated, 1 tbs. powdered turmeric, sesame seed oil, coconut milk and our own organic chicken eggs. Immune system supporters are fireside cider mixed with honey and spring water and 2 Tbs. of homemade elderberry syrup.
