Coffee/Tea Drinkers

Drink two cups water before coffee/tea and two cups of water after.  Let's keep you hydrated

Veggies:

All of us need a lot more veggies.  Cooked veggies, bitter veggies, colorful veggies.   Started your day with veggies

Fast Food:

Every time you eat out  and you are eating cooked food, you are causing inflammation in your body.  

Substitute Milks: 

I need to know the name brands of the substitute milks that you drink.  I also need to know if it is sweetened and unsweetened. 

Name Brands of packaged food:

I need to know the name brands of your breads, drinks, etc... 

Exercise: 

Is a must!  Need to move those toxins out.. 

Eat more veggies...... 

Cashews are a fruit, so make sure you blend them with other nuts and seeds.
