Transition Nutrition Class Information

How to give yourself more zip, zest and zingo...

The idea of transition nutrition is to take out the foods that have been processed devitalized and loaded with additives. That have also been stripped of much of its nutritive value. For wellness it is important to learn to incorporate into every dish and snack the food values, the vitamins, minerals and enzyme's thus giving you more zip, zest and zingo back into your life.

By changing your habits into healthy ones through transitioning  into better nutrition, in time your body will rejuvenate and you will have less illnesses, less colds, flu's, strep  throat, stop diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and different forms of arthritis.

It is time to take charge of your health to learn the art of healthy cooking, of sneaky cooking by incorporating nutrient dense foods into every meal, this brings up the food values and gives you more zing in your life.

In this series of workshops you will be learning how to take baby steps so you can build life long habits towards a healthier lifestyle.   This Workshop consist of four (4) Saturdays.  I encourage you to bring your immediate family members because learning together creates a better support system.  Through having a better family support system, this in-turn makes your healthier lifestyle changes more successful.
