First change, I am changing the name of this web-site to Health Mentor. This better describes the services that I am offering.
Second change in my life; If you haven't noticed I am starting a business that promotes natural health through the use of food and herbs. As Hippocrates said...........

Many products will be prepared with wild harvested ingredients that I harvest myself in the mountains of Oregon and this is part of the magic.. Mountain Mama also has a farm CSA, there are only a few spots available. If you are local the monthly herb CSA will have a pick up spot.
