I hope all of you wonderful people had a great holiday season.  I feel 2013 is going to be a great year.  It is the year for great changes.  Speaking of great changes I have a few I want to let you know about. 

First change, I am changing the name of this web-site to Health Mentor.  This better describes the services that I am offering. 

Second change in my life;  If you haven't noticed I am starting a business that promotes natural health through the use of food and herbs.  As Hippocrates said...........

The name of my business is,  Mountain Mama Herbal Magic.  One aspect to this business with be an herbal wellness package, If you sign up for it, you will get a magical gift each month.  Your box of goodies will include three herbal products meant to delight your senses. Third big announcement.  I am starting a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), Yep, I am finally jumping in to something that I have wanted to do for years.  More details coming soon.
