Herbal Halloween and Story Time

In this class you will learn how to make cordials, oxymels, longevity chai, mushroom cocoa, spiced coffee, herbal truffles and energy balls while drinking  a warm cuppa tea.

Then I will end class with a story called Vasalisa the Wise while we all sip on a warm cup of herbal chai, mushroom cocoa or a spiced up coffee.  

You will go home with a cordial, an oxymel, a full tummy and a full mind.
