I have been passionate about Herbal First Aid for many years and I am excited to share the knowledge I have gained with you! In this class we will go over Herbal First Aid basics, what herbs to have on hand and herbal products to keep in your herbal first aid kit.
I believe in learning self-defense, and this comes in many forms. One of them is herbal prepping for emergencies. Herbal prepping trains you to protect you and your family if there’s an emergency, or our current economic system fails. If an emergency occurs you could lose access to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies.
Then what do you do?
Herbal medicine has been around for thousands of years and it grows everywhere. It grows in your front yard, your back yard, parks, forests and even in the cities.
Plants are available right outside your door.
