We will be doing a book study together, to help each other commit to better health and wellness.

The book we will be using is How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy, by Paul Chek.

In this class we will meet weekly.

You will be given a reading assignment each week, so we can have a class discussion.

There will be workouts given out, recipes, samples to try and of course a wonderful cuppa tea.

We will meet every Wednesday for 6 weeks,

from 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

From March 20th - April 24th

You will be required to purchase Paul Cheks E-Book
