Traditional Herbal Preparations
In this class I will go over the tools of herbalism, what you will need and how to use them. Traditional herbal preparations will include going over the art of making medicinal and nutritional teas/Infusions and how to make herbal decoctions. After that I will do an herbal deep dive with herbs for infused oils and salve making. Also in class I will go over how to make herbal tinctures, liniments, face steams, soaks, poultices and compresses.
You will go home with a booklet of information, a tincture and a salve.
