You Are In Charge

My morning starts with exercise for myself and the animals. There are times that push up the mountain seems so freaking hard. Lately, due to half my body not wanting to work right, it feels like I have fallen backward. It feels like I am back at square one Lately, I have to fight back the little voice that wants to quit, wants to cry, wants to be grumpy and it sucks. But, I don't quit, I might cry and I try to fight off being grumpy. I am thankful that Super Sue comes out during these times. Super Sue tells me that even if you legs quits you don't quit.. You will drag yourself up that freaking mountain no matter what. Thank you to my mind for telling my body, that quitting is not allowed. Seven days a week I get up that mountain with rain, sleet, snow and a gimpy right side. Be thankful for your life, you are in charge....
