Self Heal

http://www.motherearthliving.com/plant-profile/an-herb-to-know-7.aspx#axzz35g7NWskX

Self heal (Prunella vulgaris) This scentless perennial mint is one of the great unsung healers of the world. The leaves and flowers contain more antioxidants - which prevent cancer and heart disease, among other healthy traits - than any other plant tested. And as part of the mint family, self heal is imbued with lots of minerals, especially calcium, making it an especially important ally for pregnant, nursing, menopausal, and post-menopausal women.   You  can put self heal leaves in salads in the spring and fall, make a medicinal vinegar with the flowers during the summer, and cook the flowering tops (fresh or dried) in winter soups.

Cheezy Spicy Kale Chips:

Omit the Agave and use honey instead or just leave out the sweetener.  Never use vegetable oil.  Use organic olive, avocado, sunflower etc.

WE as a human society have a big problem with violence. I lived in a domestic violent situation ( it is scary as hell), I have seen gang fights and of course our government is really good at being the bully of the block, hurting people, hurt children and murdering people. If a human being wants to hurt or kill someone and is determined to do it they will do it. If they can't find a gun ( be it in their own from their house or off the street) they WILL find another way to do harm or kill. Guns are not the problem, It is our society. My heart goes out to those who lost loved ones from a human who used a gun, knife, screwdriver, human hands, etc. But let's look at what the Hell is wrong with our society. To much video games, to much pharmaceutical drugs, to much texting, to much social media, to much bad food, way to many bad influences. The generations that are growing up our, seeing disrespect, selfishness, they see their government get away with killing innocent people, they see how our government treats the world They live so much in a computer their subconscious doesn't even get what is reality. In a video game you can kill and game over. Their characters come back alive just by pushing the reset button. In real life you kill someone they do not get back up... Just two weeks ago ( maybe last week) TWO 12 YEAR OLDS STAB THEIR FRIEND AND LEFT HER TO DIE. If we want a change the violence and murder in our world, than we need to stop blaming the guns, because it goes much deeper than that. The recent shooting here in Oregon is tragic and heart breaking. I have heard the gun came from the house he lived in, I have seen people upset it was so easy for him to get the gun. The young man had the determination to murder someone. If he could not get a gun, he would find a different way to do it. I can only hope that we the humans that live on this earth look into this problem deeper, and stop blaming the tools that were used to harm or murder. The generations that are growing up, need to have classes on helping their community, growing gardens, helping the elderly. They need art, they need nature, they need their parents, they need to have family time, not TV and screen time. Until we look at this problem deeper, the violence will get worse. You can even ban guns and this problem will not go away, because it is deeper. Ban guns, and don't fix the real problem, equals higher knife attacks, ban knife and don't fix the problem, then it will be screwdrivers, etc. I think you got my point. I don't want to see any of your comments,. Don't put one comment on this link. What I want you to do is look at your life. Ask yourself, who have you helped lately, daily, who have you had your kids help daily. When was the last time you sat and talked without screens around you. Have you noticed any sad children, teens or adults around you? How often are you in nature. How often do you exercise, How often do you have your kids exercise, What is family time? Does your child have a friend who is bullied and needs TLC daily. Do you know a bully? Maybe that bully needs help? Peace to you all.... I will leave with this partial report: The UK has extreme gun laws and guess what their knife violence statics are incredibly high. 14,000 people taken to hospital for injuries caused by knives and other sharp weapons last year. According to the latest Department of Health statistics, an average of 38 victims of knife wounds are admitted to accident and emergency departments across the country every day. An analysis of hospital admissions data for England and Wales by the IoS revealed that assaults and injuries from knives and sharp implements, together with sword and dagger injuries, resulted in 12,340 people being admitted last year – 446 of whom were no older than 14. This is an increase of 19 per cent on the 10,372 admissions five years ago. The latest figures from Northern Ireland and Scotland bring the total number of victims in Britain to 13,795 each year. Dr Tunji Lasoye, A&E consultant at King's College Hospital, London said: "In a nutshell the numbers of stab victims coming into A&E have gone up. It used to be that we would see isolated cases at weekends, but now it is nearly every day of the week. And the age of the victims has gone down. We used to see people in their early 20s; now they are in their mid-teens. And 10 per cent of the victims we see now are girls, which wasn't the case four or five years ago." The latest statistics from hospitals in England alone highlight an 88 per cent jump in the number of children suffering stab wounds – from 95 in 2002-03 to 179 in 2006-07. And among 16- to 18-year-olds, there has been a 75 per cent rise from 429 to 752.

Mountain Mama Weekly Wellness Box .

CSA stands for community supported agriculture, where individuals pledge support to a farm in return for high quality food and farm products. Members, also called shareholders, invest in a local farm by funding the whole season’s budget in advance. In return they receive a proportion of the harvest throughout the growing season. CSA farming creates a very strong relationship between the consumer and producer, which benefits all that are involved.

What it means to you:
Your weekly Harvest Box will be filled with fresh-picked, top-quality produce every week June 3rd through Oct. 12th.

I use no herbicides, no insecticides no pesticides, no fungicides. I grow food using permaculture ideas, bio-dynamic practices and old school methods, there are no toxic chemicals ever used.  I do  not use any chemical applications or synthetic fertilizers..

Each box comes with a newsletter with recipes and news from the farm. Or you can get the information sent to you electronically and save paper. :)

Save shopping time because your produce is already gathered and ready to pick-up.
Feel a closer connection to nature as you see the progression of the seasons in your Harvest Boxes.
Your membership helps keep our family farm contributing to a vibrant local economy

How the farm benefits from your membership
As we share our produce with you, we receive respect and appreciation directly from you. That feels awesome!

Your membership fee paid in the spring allows us to afford all of the up front costs of bringing this high quality produce to you during the harvest season. There are no government subsidies for small food producers like us.
Your support encourages us to continue sustainable land stewardship. Remember my farming practices are holistic and chemical free.

Our box relies heavily on familiar items. A seasonal assortment of vegetables, greens, roots, and herbs. Again, Recipes are provided for less familiar vegetables.

How many people will this harvest box feed?

This is by far the most common question we get.  We have found that the amount of produce a household consumes varies greatly. This depends on how often people eat out or entertain, whether people are vegetarians, vegans, or omnivores, and whether they are going to supplement their diets with things like bananas, oranges, avocados and other things that don’t grow in your area.
We only offer full shares, If you think a full share could be to much for you then one option
that might work for you is to find a friend or neighbor who would like to share it with you.
There are lots of families that will find that their wellness box suits their needs.
Others will love our Wellness box, but will desire more produce than we provide, so they purchase additional local produce at the farmers market,
Honestly if we were eating the amount of veggies we should be eating on a weekly basis, a full share is really not enough.

The fresher your produce is, the more vitamins and minerals it has. We do not use machinery or chemicals. On that note here are some things to consider. I want this to be a great experience for you and me, Again I want to remind you that we are a small farm and your food is local , no chemicals and very fresh,

Depending on what you are used to there could be some produce that you do not like or have never had. This can be very hard for some people. The people who will enjoy our wellness box the most are those who enjoy most kinds of produce and like trying new things.  I want you to keep in mind that I make no guarantees that you will like everything in your box.  It is important that I make that clear right from the beginning.
If your primary goal is to get the most nutrition out of your produce for your dollar then this is the place for you. Welcome aboard.

NEW STUDY: Epidemiological studies demonstrate a closely matched rise in the incidence of more than thirty human diseases with the increased utilization of glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto's RoundUp, and the increased consumption of foreign proteins created by genetically modified plants. More than 140 studies have supported the deleterious effects of glyphosate upon the biome, while studies demonstrating positive effects upon humans consuming GMOs have been widely questioned due to researchers' ties to biotech affiliates. The use of glyphosate in genetically modified agricultural environments may be the leading cause of adverse health in humans, causing imbalances of the gut bacteria and promoting gastrointestinal diseases including inflammatory bowel disease, chronic diarrhea, colitis and Crohn's disease, as well as cardiovascular diseases, depletion of micronutrients, Alzheimer's, autism, sulphur/sulphate deficiency, depression, Parkinson's Disease, hepatic dysregulation, birth defects, reproductive disorders, aggression, obesity, Vitamin D deficiency, aging, cell signaling disorders, and aberrant protein formation. Found in our air, water, rain, urine and breast milk. We now know that Roundup bioaccumulates in our bodies. People with chronic disease have been found to have higher levels of glyphosate in their urine. Do we need more evidence?

I am not a doctor, if you need a doctor, then please make an appointment.   The information below is what I would do in the event of a Strain or a Sprain.

Immediate treatment is to apply the ICE approach:  ice, compression and elevation.

After the symptoms have subsided, there maybe a case for using alternate hot and cold compresses.

3 minutes hot followed by 1 minute cold, repeated for about 15 minutes.  This improves local circulation to the relevant muscles, and later treatment may include massage to relieve muscular aches.

Cold Compress:

5 drops Lavender essential oil

1 Tbsp. of iced water

Or

5 drops chamomile essential oil

1 Tbsp.  iced water

Comfrey Leaf infusion for a cold compress.  If you do not have comfrey leaves you can use diluted tincture of comfrey.

You could also add Calendula to this either in flower form or tincture form.

Tincture Cold Compress:

1 Tbsp. to 1 1/4 cups cold (very cold) water

Compress:

A compress is a way of applying herbal extracts directly to the skin, to reduce the inflammation or promote healing.  usually, an infusion or decoction of the herb is prepared for use in the compress, or simply hot or cold water can be used.

Soak a clean cloth or flannel in a hot or cold infusion.

Place on the affected area and hold firmly in place.  use a towel or bandage to tie in place if kept on for long.

One of my favorites is Comfrey Poultices:

A poultice acts in a similar way to a compress, but the herb itself is used, rather than just a liquid extract.  Normally poultices are applied hot.

When Swelling has subsided, gently rub in Comfrey Salve or Self Heal Salve at least 3 to 4 times a day.

There are some different homeopathic remedies

Arnica

Rhus Tox:  for muscular strains, from lifting heavy weights for instance, with pain, stiffness and swelling

Ruta Grav:  For torn ligaments or tendons, especially in sprains of the ankles or wrists, with a feeling of bruising in the bones.

After symptoms have subsided you can also start using a warming herbal salve.  I sell one called Deep Tissue Healing / Warming Balm.

Other suggestions:

Herbal muscle liniments.

Sports Massage weekly

Acupuncture

Diet During An Injury:

No soda, no sugar, no fried foods, No fast food junk, no soy, no corn, no canola and no caffeine.

Eat a variety of cooked greens daily

Eat salad daily

Only organic wheat

Only grass fed meat

Only organic dairy

Only organic eggs

Drink filtered water, No fluoride or chlorine

Daily Wellness:

At least 8 hours of sleep

Meditate daily

Cut TV, social media, video games and computer time down, read a book, get out in nature, sit by a tree etc...

High Powered Food supplement that tastes great and is easy to make.

3 parts pumpkin seeds, powdered

2 parts Siberian ginseng powder

1 part ginkgo or gotu kola powder

1 part ginseng powder

1/2 part Spirulina or Buper Blue Green Algae

1 cup organic sesame butter ( tahini)

I used 1/2 cup organic almond butter and 1/2 cup organic tahini

1/4 cup local organic honey ( the recipe calls for 1/2 cup, but we found it was too sweet for us)

1/2 cup crushed organic almonds

1/4 cup unrefined organic coconut oil

Optional fun things to add:  coconut, cocoa powder,  raisins, organic chocolate or carob chips, organic granola or organic cranberries.

1.  Combine all the powdered herbs and spirulina and mix well

2.   In a separate bowl combine the sesame butter, almond butter, coconut oil and honey

3.  Add enough of the powdered herbs to thicken, then add the almonds and optional items of your choice.

4.  Roll into walnut-sized balls

5.  At this point I like to roll them in the cocoa powder and coconut.

13417466260?profile=original

Trouble shooting:  if the herb dough is not sweet enough add more honey.  If it seems to dry add some coconut oil or more nut butter.

There have been a few times that I do not have all the powdered herbs.   You can still make the recipe.  Example.  The last batch I  made I did not have the powdered siberian ginseng and I only had  a little bit of powdered ginseng.  I used ginkgo powder,  gotu kola powder and I added maca powder.

Spring A Chance To Change ?

As I watched an airplane at a distance circle around and spray toxic chemicals on agriculture farm land.  I started to worry which way the wind was blowing.  I little bit of that in my sysytem means liver dysfunction .  I wish I could love spring, but spring to me means way to many chemicals being applied to the land of the United States.  It means conventional farms spraying tons of chemicals.   It means cities spraying around playgrounds, schools spraying and counties spraying.  People spraying chemicals all around their houses.  Moss chemicals, lawn fertilizers, weed and feed, herbicides, 2-4-D etc.. The list of chemicals that will be used this spring across the US is a Sad and Depressing list.   Here are my thoughts today and every spring.  My name is Sue, I am the canary of this world.  I am the bee, the frog the butterfly and the bat.  I am here to represent them and myself.  I am here  to ask you to think about your purchases that you make.  When you buy something that is not organic, that means you have been a part of a sysytem that poisons the land, the animals, the insects, the water and the air.  It means you are supporting something that poisons humans.  Humans like me are affected immediately.  I speak the language that you understand. The rest of the nature world speaks to you but you do not listen.  They speak to you in deaths, die offs and sickness.  But you still do not listen.  I have the voice, to express to you  we are at a critical point.  I am a canary, and I get sick from the toxins in the environment and there are others like me. A canary in the  coal mine represents life or death.  Every year I speak of this.  I can only hope that our eyes we keep reading and your ears will  listen.  You can't say you are interested in being sustainable if you do not eat all organic.  You can not say you care about the bees dying off if you support toxic conventional agriculture, dye your hair, paint your nails, use any products that have petroleum and synthetics in them.  I think you are getting my point.  I might even be offending you.  But if you are offended it is because I have hit a sore spot. And you know that you contribute to poisoning this world.  Concerned for China and it's people?  I would hope we are all concerned for them.  After all, we are the consumers who purchase the many things that are not needed that are made in China.  Therefore we are a part of the toxic air pollution that is going on over there.  We are a part of the deaths in China that are happening  due to the extreme pollution.  Again you can change the world by what you purchase.  As spring approaches, I can't help but notice all the chemicals that are being applied to the land on a daily basis.  With topics like sustainability, bee deaths, water pollution and cancer rates at a all time high you would think we would make laws to stop these insane practices of spraying toxic chemicals on our food, in the water ways and on the food that is grown for animals.   When you see yellow and orange around the trees, the waterways on highways, in the farm fields, around the hazelnut orchards, fruit orchards, nut orchards you know they have applied toxic cancer causing chemicals.   I have also learned in my county the Yamhill County Soil and Water Conservation District will use and does use toxic chemicals (Herbicides).  WT.....????   Folks Herbicides are toxic...   Here I am again, in the 8th year in a row, standing on my soapbox, yelling PLEASE CHANGE, THINK ABOUT YOUR PURCHASES, YES YOU ARE APART OF THIS PROBLEM AND PLEASE CHANGE BEFORE WE HAVE A SILENT SPRING.......

Yesterday's 8 mile hike was incredible. What a memory! The wind was energetic and gave enormous energy. We had figured it was about 60 mph, but after reading this article it might have been more. We literally felt like we were flying in some parts of our hike. After the hike we cooked organic food in the parking lot and drank shots of fire cider (non-alcoholic drink that is made with apple cider vinegar, horseradish, garlic, cayenne, onions, ginger and ginseng). At 6:00 pm we were all standing in the parking lot watching the trees stand against the wind or should I say sway as we drank High Vitamin C Tea. Capelook Out was the last hike in our Winter Series Hikes and it was a memorable for all that came. Next up the Spring Hikes

cvs

Recently I saw this statement: “CVS made a very compelling argument today that if you’re in the business of healthcare, you shouldn’t be in the business of selling tobacco products.   I would like to point out the Drugs Stores, pharmacies like CVS are not into healthcare.  Their medicine is not medicine that heals.  They sell meds that have side effects, that eventually take a total on peoples bodies and kill people daily.   Here in America we seem to have a distorted view of what Healthcare means.  It does not mean getting drugs from a pharmacy.  Healthcare should mean eating whole foods, local organic food, eating veggies, exercise regularly, work on your stress levels, work on your environmental stress levels, play, and add fun to your life.  IF you go to a store like Walgreen or CVS (which by the way CVS is the second largest seller of drugs in the US)   keep in mind those stores are not about healthcare they are about sick care and keeping you sick.    There are many alternative ways that will truly help with true healthcare.  If you are tired of being sick and tired, then go an Alternative Path.  Statement made by:  Sue Sanders, Mountain Mama Wellness

I just found information on CVS decision to stop selling Tobacco. They made this decision because they feel they will make more money on Obamacare. Sad, Obamacare has nothing to do with healthcare and CVS and Obmacare push it like it will make you healthy. Drugs are not health and all have serious side effects. We already have a country that is clearly being prescribed way to many pharmaceuticals. Pharmaceuticals the kill Americans daily, poison drinking water, water ways and the species that live in the water. CVS, is banking ( no pun intended) that this decisions with the help of Obamacare will bring more people into the store to purchase more drugs.

Seek New Ways Forward

A few days ago I noticed the earth is no  longer still, but stirring.   What has been curled up is beginning to unfurl.  Winter is at its end, the urge to move forward  and become active is happening once again.    Today is a great day to express your creativity through art, craft, poetry, nature walks and song.   To turn everything off, no screens, no TV, no cells phones and listen to your inner wisdom.   You need this time to prepare for the changes ahead and to bring visions and insights out into the returning light.  Project and initiate, heal and reclaim what has been lost.  Seek new ways forward.  Utilize this awakening into spring by working and learning how to use your intuition, for acting on inspired leaps of understanding and for expressing your deepest wishes, beliefs and feelings that come from love.   Communicate with yourself from within and follow what has significance to you.   Today brings a stirring of the life force, the potency of action that is fired from within us all.   These actions bring transformation.  Transform your life, through love, community and kindness, this will bring new life and new beginnings to all.

We are the power in everyone.

We are the dance of the Moon and Sun

We are the hope that will never hide

Herbal First Aid - Herbal Medicine Chest

I believe in being well prepared in most areas.    I love preparing and stocking up our first aid kit and our medicine chest  full of herbs.  There are dried herbs, tinctured herbs,  infused herbal honeys, syrups, flower essences, essential oils and even vitamins.

As a little girl I was always fascinated with plants and making concoctions.  I would pretend they were good for you.   I used to play in my back yard and make things and  I would give them to the kids that were playing with me.  I have to admit that drinking mud was not the best but at the time I thought it was good.  Besides  the dirt had minerals in it so it was probably good for them..  When I was in Girl  in Girl Scouts there were three things that stood out to me, cooking, first aid and the outdoors.

I used to drive my family nuts with these terrible things I cooked up.  Little did they know I was answering my calling.   I was teased so much throughout the years and look at me know.  I am a Practicing Herbalist and a Holistic Nutritionist .

First aid kits are wonderful.  I love putting one together.  My daughter Sophia has been the first aid kit girl for years.   Even when she was five she made sure it was stocked up or she would convince me we needed another one.  Sophia would also make sure her backpack and a few others had some first aid supplies in them.    You can open up a first aid kid in front of kids and they are just consumed with questions.   It is  this special little kit that is tucked away and when someone needs first aid it gives you a chance to pull it out and help someone feel better.  Maybe it is just that feeling that you enjoy of helping someone that comes with having a well prepared first aid kit.

Our first aid kit is made according to our beliefs.   There are many herbs, tinctures, salves, flower essences,  lozenges along wit the usual supply of bandages, gauze, scissors, etc...

What I like about having herbs in my first aid kit and my medicine chest is that they are for healing, soothing, helping.  There are no side effects.  Basically they feed the body the nutrients it needs therefore it starts the healing process instead of masking the problem with a drug and having side effects.

Side note, if you are ready to learn about herbs that are important to  have in your first aid kit, it does not mean you have to get rid of the things that you are comfortable using.  I keep a couple little packages of Tylenol or Advil in the first aid kit for people ( not my family members) who I might need it.  Something else you should keep in your kit is a bee sting remedy like Benadryl  and epinephrine and a snake bit kit.  know how to use them.  One of these days I want to learn how to do stitches.

In the last year I have had a few emergency disasters on our farm.  These accidents have given me a different perspective on what more I need for our herbal first aid.    I would like to share what we did and what herbs worked and what you should have on hand.

There are a number of instances when natural remedies can be used for first-aid treatment, and you may find it useful to build up a natural first aid kit, to go alongside the items that you have already.

My Wellness Plan And Progress Update

My progress:  It has been 4 weeks since I was in a serious accident.  I am healing really good.  I  probably have a few more months of healing.   Today we went over the new plan.  I will be taking  herbs that fight infection less and adding herbs (for my mouth) that heal.  Myrrh and Licorice root powders will be added to make a homemade toothpaste and also an herbal mouth wash.    We will be working on the scar tissue on my upper lip, it needs to be loosened up so I can smile again.  :)  We are adding Castro Oil to my daily facial massages.  The Castro Oil will help break down the scar tissue.   I also need to add a stronger protein.  The vegan ones are not giving my body enough strong protein.  I will be ordering an organic whey  protein concentrate that has sunflower lecithin in it.  This will also boost my healing and help me detoxify better.   I will still be drinking comfrey root tea, high calcium tea, turmeric tea and high vitamin c tea.   The comfrey root gel and  st. johns wort oil will still be a part of the facial healing plan.   Natural ( meaning truly natural) bio-inflammatory vitamins, Chinese herbs, lipoic acid, rhodiola, adernal support herbs, vitamin D, bone broth and smoothies are still apart of the plan.   I need to go back to the chiropractor, everything is turned and crooked.  I will make an appointment for that this week.   Light exercise, walking,  hiking and stretching.   Keep stress levels down and get to bed by 10:00 pm.    I am sharing my wellness plan so I can encourage you  to try herbs, acupuncture, chiropractic care and organic whole foods to heal yourself.  It takes work, but you have no side effects and everything listed above feeds your body, mind and spirit.

My Goals:

Back in August I was two weeks away from taking my forms test and due to my MCS my health took a dive.  My body was not detoxifying correctly and my body  decided to freak out. Nough Said.

1.   I want and will take my test in the year 2014.

2.  By the end of February  or first week of March I will start my forms lightly

3.   Yoga

3.   A lot of stretching.  My neck, back and hip took some good stomping, I need to continue taking care of these areas

4.   Serious protein in the morning, to aid muscle recovery and detoxification.

5.   I really really want to go hike the Eagle Capes.......

6.   Take a few backpack trips to my most favorite place Potato Butte.  By doing my forms this will get me back in shape for backpacking.

7.   Practice empty hand  and knife flow drills.

One Bud Flowering, In Its Own Time

Achievements don't have to be ones that were created with greed...Life is an adventure.  Depending on what the adventure is depends on the choices we make.

Contemplation of the past can aid you in making positive productive choices for the future.  Your choices affect all either positive or negative.

Life is a a series of paths leading toward your goals, you must navigate this adventure called the ever-living "Road Of Life"  Trace in your mind the choices you've made.  Did you make these choices with the thoughts of light, peace and harmony?  It takes courage to make choices  to do what is right with  light, peace and harmony.  Did your path give your success to your goals but caused disharmony amongst many?  Was the path a path of guiding light of love and peace?

OR

Did your path fill you with  success, a greedy heart that hoards and controls?

The Adventures of life for a happy heart, soul and spirit require you to think about the chains of consequence

Trace the threads of consequences in your life.  If you followed the adventurous path of disharmony then the impact of the decisions you made will affect ALL, including your heart soul and spirit.  Success from greed gives darkness to ones heart, soul and spirit.   Success from greed, gives a fake happiness and that fake happiness hides the nagging unhappiness that is  an empty spot inside you and will haunt  you forever even on your death bed, unless it is resolved.

The impact that you made from disharmony, deceit, greed and lies will ripple around every action that was made based on the the decision you took.

For your heart, soul and spirit it is important to resolve such actions that affected others in a negative  way.  It is time to take the adventurous path of harmony, light and peace.  It will ripple around others in a positive way.

It only takes one step down this positive path to heal what karma you have attracted and to build courage to keep on moving.   What you don't want is to create an empty spot, this empty spot  will run you into a fatigued unhappy self, lost in a desert of voices that haunt you, saying take more, take more.

It is up to you to end a corrupt situation that was created by you and turn it into a peaceful one.  This will fill your heart with joy, it will give your soul and spirit the love that it needs and heal it,  Therefore you will not be running a never ending race to nowhere but Hell....

Achievements do not have to be ones that were created with greed, it was never yours to begin with.

Be the one bud flowering, in its own time.

This message is to all the corporate greedy people, the evil politicians,  the workers of Monsanto, the selfish people out there, the ones that hoard, the bullies out there,  it is time to stop. Not just for us, but for you to.

This is my families discussion on what Shire City Herbals(Brian, Dana and Amy) have done ( click on link below). So far they are showing no respect, and their hearts hold on to corporate greed. I can only hope their hearts purge the greediness that they carry. No I will not feel bad if we as a community close down their business. However, if they realize what they did, which is something very bad, apologize and drop the trademark, then I will wish them success. I will be making a video daily about this subject until it is dropped. There is a reason I did not die 4 weeks ago, it was not my time. I still had unfinished business, otherwise I would not be here. I a am female warrior who will fight for freedom. Those who threaten the old heritage of herbalism and try to make it a corporate item, I will not let happen. My heart carries the old ways of healing and I will do everything I can to protect this.

I have had enough of the corporate greed that goes on in America.  I have had enough with Monsanto and all these food companies trying to take control of everything.  For me this is the last straw.  Herbalism and healing foods have been a part of my life.  My battle is to protect herbs and plants.   I am now in a fight, and in this fight I need to have a strategy, a back door ( ninja warrior skills),  the patience of a cougar, the mind of an elephant and the trickiness of a coyote.  This battle requires patience.

This is not a physical threat. My statement reflects that I will doing everything I can, push boycotts, flood the internet, send them letters that are peaceful etc.

Isn't it time to stop the greed that is going on in America?
